The city of Monheim am Rhein is a medium-sized district town in the district of Mettmann with about 43,000 inhabitants. The all-weather pool of the city of Monheim am Rhein GmbH is a 100% subsidiary of the city. It operates the MonaMare leisure pool, which is to be redesigned, extended and renovated.
The subject of the tender is the delivery and installation of bathing systems together with measurement, control and regulation technology in accordance with the specifications.
In the course of the renovation and expansion of the all-weather bath Mona Mare of the city of Monheim am Rhein, the main construction will begin after the completion of the interim measure for the maintenance of the sauna and school swimming operation. Five treatment plants are being built by the bathing water technology department for this purpose. These systems relate to the processing circuits of the sports, course, wave, adventure and paddling pools. The installation of the filter systems takes place in the existing filter cellar of the bath, which has been demolished except for this. The water reservoirs will be partly installed in the former concrete raw water reservoirs and in the new part. For the already built outdoor pool, a brine dosing device is planned in the former outdoor pool cellar. All treatment circuits are equipped with pressure filters made of GRP and operated with the same process combination. The chlorine gas room was fully equipped as part of the interim measure. In addition to the already established ISP 03, two other ISPs will be set up for the control and regulation of the technical building facilities (01, 02). The fresh water replenishment takes place via a well water supply which was newly built within the interim measure.
