The Krefeld Wohnungs-AG residence intends to build two new apartment buildings in Krefeld-Linn with the maximum number of subsidized apartments that can be implemented.

A general contractor is to prepare the necessary planning and build the turnkey houses, including the manufacture of the outdoor facilities.

On Tilsiter Straße on parcels 32, 33, 232, 259 and 251, 257, hall 4, district of Linn in Krefeld, size approx. 3,200 m 2 + 1 240 m 2 2 apartment buildings with the maximum number of subsidized apartments are to be built. The two houses are located on 2 different building sites.

A general contractor is to prepare the necessary planning and build the turnkey houses, including the manufacture of the outdoor facilities. Eligible housing is to be created in accordance with the Law on the Promotion and Use of Housing for the State of North Rhine-Westphalia and the housing promotion regulations of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia.

The appearance of the new buildings and the outdoor facilities should correspond as closely as possible to the 3 objects already under construction on the other side of the street, parcel 249.

The scope of services includes the turnkey construction including all planning services that are necessary for the realization of the construction project. The manufacture of the outdoor facilities, including the necessary playground and parking spaces, is also part of the contractor's scope of services.
