The subject of the order is the execution of the delivery of the following: “Purchase of electricity for the Municipality of Libiąż for the period 2022-2023.”
1. The object of the order is the execution of the delivery of the following: “Purchase of electricity for the Municipality of Libya for the period 2022-2023.”
2. The subject of the contract includes the supply of electricity with specified quality standards in accordance with applicable regulations. The quality standards of electricity are described in the Act of 10 April 1997, Energy Law (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2021, item 176, as amended) and in the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 4 May 2007 on the detailed conditions of the operation of the electricity system (Journal of Laws of Laws). No 93, pos. 623 with d.).
3. The order covers the sale of electricity up to 84 points of electricity consumption. The projected amount of energy supplied during the period of execution of the order is 3 930 233 kWh, i.e.: tariff and projected amount of electricity supplied in kWh: C11 24/7:176 784; C12B daily: 1 230 459; C12B night: 2,522 990. The detailed description of the object of the order is specified in Annex 7 to SWZ.
4. The Contractor sells and the Ordering Party buys electricity to the Energy Consumption Points listed in the detailed description of the object of the order.
5. The Contractor shall not be compensated in case of the purchase of less than the forecast quantity of electricity.
6. The contractual power, the conditions for its amendment and the place of supply of electricity for the collection points listed in the Annexes shall be determined each time in the distribution service contracts concluded with the Distribution System Operator, i.e. TAURON Distribution S.A.
7. Electricity purchased under this Agreement will be consumed for the purposes of the Contracting Authority.
The current seller of electricity is TAURON Sale Sp. z o.o., Łagiewnicka 60 Street, 30-417 Kraków.
9. The data necessary to carry out the modification procedure of the seller will be transmitted to the Contractor determined in the proceeding.
