General planning with planning services for the service models:
- Object planning traffic facilities according to HOAI Part 3, Section 4, § 47, LPH 1-9, HOZ III,
- Object planning of civil engineering structures according to HOAI Part 3, Section 3, § 43, LPH 1-9, HOZ III,
- Object planning of outdoor facilities according to HOAI Part 3, Section 2, § 39, LPH 1-9, HOZ III,
- Technical equipment planning according to HOAI Part 4, Section 2, § 55, Plant Group 4, LPH 1-9.
The city of Tönning acts as the school authority of the Eider-Treene-Schule in Friedrichstadt for the new construction of the two-field sports hall in the function of the client. The immediately adjacent new fire brigade building is being planned and implemented in parallel. The city of Friedrichstadt is the client for the new construction of the fire brigade.
The planning of the traffic facilities, sewage systems and outdoor facilities on both plots of the sports hall and the fire brigade should be completely awarded to a general planner, even if there are several construction phases or the measure extends over several years and depending on the buildings to be built.
The total construction costs of KG 200, 400 and 500 are estimated at approx. EUR 2.5 million net (plus 19% VAT).
For this purpose, planning offices are invited to participate in the competition, which will present the performance profiles.

and have implemented similar measures in the past. Work phases 1-9 are to be processed. The assignment will take place in stages. The client reserves the right to award only a part of the basic services from the aforementioned service profiles.
The following procedure is carried out:
In phase 1, potential applicants are invited to participate and submit the application with the required evidence.
In phase 2, the requests to participate will be checked and the number of admitted applicants will be limited.
Phase 2 applicants will be invited to negotiate separately.
