1) collection of municipal waste from the owners of inhabited real estate from the Łapy Commune, 2) management of municipal waste collected from the owners of real estate inhabited from the Łapy Commune, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2022.1297) and the implementing regulations to this Act and the provisions of the Resolution of the City Council in Łapy on the detailed manner and scope of providing services in the field of providing services in the field of collecting municipal waste from property owners and managing this waste in exchange for a fee paid by the property owner for municipal waste management 3) purchase and distribution of bags for selective collection of municipal waste in single-family buildings, 4) collection of bulky waste, 5) development and distribution of waste collection schedules among residents, 6) running a separate municipal waste collection point and collection municipal waste at the point of selective collection of municipal waste (PSZOK) and their management, 7) running a Customer Service Point (POK), located in the city of Łapy.
