By determining to contract n. 14/AAG of 8.7.2021, this administration decided to entrust the supply including transport and unloading of ex-destiny, of cold bituminous conglomerate in bags, through the conclusion of a framework agreement, with sole operator, pursuant to art. 54, paragraph 3 of Legislative Decree 50/2016.

The assignment will be done through an open procedure and with the application of the lowest price criterion, pursuant to articles 60 and 95 of Legislative Decree No. 50 of 18.4.2016 — Code of Public Contracts (hereinafter: code).

The delivery place is the Italian territory at the sites located on the Autostrade per l'Italia network (NUTS IT code).
