Project planning building for the 12th elementary school in Cotta, complete renovation of school building with extension (TO1), renovation and extension of existing sports hall (TO2), new construction of 1-field sports hall (TO3).

The 12th elementary school "Dresden-Cotta" has been run four times so far, with extensive double use of daycare and including a supplementary mobile room unit (MRE, container). After complete renovation, the elementary school is to be run as a three-part elementary school with two hall fields. There is a small, historical one 1-field sports hall without sufficient functional spaces, which is connected to the school building by a roofed corridor. Both existing buildings are under monument protection.

In recent years, the following renovations have been carried out in various sub-construction measures in the school building: roof renovation 2010, action program 1 / fire protection 2012, flood damage elimination / drainage / gable protection 2015-2017. Basement and roof are basically renovated and should be affected as little as possible by the overall renovation, changes in the named areas are currently not planned:

- Refurbishment of school building with extension (TO1): gross floor area 5,900 sqm, building costs KG 300 + 400 approx. 4,300,000 EUR,

- renovation of sports hall with extension (TO2): gross floor area 800 sqm, building costs KG 300 + 400 approx. 1 600 000 EUR,

- New 1-field hall (TO3): gross floor area 910 sqm, building costs KG 300 + 400 approx. EUR 1,600,000,

- If LPH 9 is ordered, the order will probably end on April 30, 2029.

Subject of the planned assignment: Building project planning according to HOAI §34, LPH 2-9 for the sub-objects TO1, TO2 and TO3 of the 12th elementary school "Dresden-Cotta". The services are awarded in stages.
