The province of West Flanders wants to hire a number of people to strengthen the organization-wide Service Desk with 2 people for the front office Service desk, with the emphasis on an ICT profile (most telephone calls concern ICT issues), but calls are also registered that are related to the other services. These persons are managed by the Service Desk coordinator.
In addition, the province wants to be able to call on demand on a regular basis for the installation of ICT terminal equipment; this is done under the supervision of the section head ICT Infrastructure & Technology.
