Construction works consisting in the reconstruction of Grunwaldzka Street in Rzeszów. The works will be carried out on the basis of a notification of works to which no objection has been raised with a certificate mark: AR-P.6743.3.151.2022.BP of 14.12.2022.
Size/Range
1. Reconstruction of Grunwaldzka Street in Rzeszów - on the length of about 246.72 m, width of the pedestrian road (including curb sewer) - 5.70 m;
- Grunwaldzka Street – made of stone slabs or large-size historical cubes with the admission of movement of certain vehicles,
- intersections with transverse roads – ordinary, non-canalized, without traffic lights, three-inlet or four-inlet;
- curb drain on both sides of the carriageway,
- double-sided sidewalk directly next to the pedestrian road 2.25-1.85 m wide;
- band between the pavement and the face of buildings made of stone cubes 7x9 cm.
2. Reconstruction and renovation of storm water drainage.
3. Reconstruction and repair of sanitary sewage system.
4. Reconstruction of the water supply network.
5. Reconstruction of the gas network.
6. Reconstruction of street lighting.
7. Construction of a telecommunication channel.
8. Telecommunication network security.
9. Securing power grids.
10. Elements of small architecture.
Reconstruction of the square in front of the University of Rzeszów:
- access to the building with a width of 2.40 m or 2.60 m made of stone slabs;
- a band made of light gray stone cubes directly next to the building;
- greenery between the band of the building and the surface of the square;
- a square with places to relax - benches, connecting the access to the building;
The contracting authority requires that the surface works be carried out using mechanical vacuum devices for lifting and laying granite slabs and curbs.
The Contractor shall include in the offer material benefits resulting from the acquisition of demolition materials.
"Attention!
If the Contractor directs 5 or more motor vehicles within the meaning of Article 2 point 33 of the Act of 20 June 1997 - Road Traffic Law to perform this contract, the total share of electric vehicles or vehicles powered by natural gas in the fleet of these vehicles must be at least 10% (while from 1 January 2025 at the level of 30%) (Article 68 paragraph 3 in conjunction with Article 36a of the Act of 11 January 2018 on electromobility and alternative fuels, i.e. Journal of Laws of 2021, items 110, 1093, 2269.)."
Where standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in Article 101(1)(2) and (3) of the PPL Act have been indicated in the SWZ, the Contracting Authority allows offering solutions equivalent to those described, provided that they guarantee the execution of works in accordance with the technical documentation and ensure that technical parameters are not worse than those assumed in the SWZ. Where equivalent solutions are used, the contractor shall attach to its tender a list of equivalent solutions together with its description or standards.
