1. The subject of the contract includes the performance of services related to the development, maintenance and maintenance of arranged areas, divided into two tasks: 1) task I - development of urban greenery arranged and unfurnished, supplementing plantings, 2) task II - maintenance and care of development of new areas. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the task and the scope of provision of services for each of the tasks is described in the model contracts for a given task and their annexes, constituting annexes to the SWZ. The Contractor is obliged to read the SWZ and its annexes and execute the contract on the terms and conditions described therein.

2. Task I - Development of urban greenery decorated and unfurnished, supplementing plantings. 1) The task includes: a) making seasonal flowerbeds and their care, b) preparing flower towers for summer planting, planting flowers and their care, c) maintenance and care of urban pots, d) planting spring flower bulbs in the indicated places (in autumn), e) making perennial beds and / or ornamental grasses and their care, f) making lawns and their care, g) planting deciduous and coniferous trees according to their needs and their care, h) planting deciduous and coniferous shrubs and their care, i) gardening services according to needs. 2) The Contractor undertakes to perform the services constituting the subject of the task in accordance with the principles of horticultural knowledge, applicable environmental protection regulations, with due diligence and with the participation of appropriate equipment, as well as to comply with the indications and recommendations of the Contracting Entity. 3) The subject of the task will be carried out on the basis of written instructions of the Contracting Authority according to the template constituting Annex 3 to the model contract for task I. 4) A detailed description of the subject of the task and the scope of provision of services is described in the model contract for task I and in Annex 1 to the model contract for task I - Description of the Subject of the Contract, constituting attachments to the SWZ. The Contractor is obliged to read the SWZ and its annexes and execute the contract on the terms and conditions described therein.

Task II - Maintenance and care of the development of new areas. 1) The task includes: a) keeping the developed areas clean, b) care of deciduous trees, c) care of coniferous shrubs, d) care of deciduous shrubs, e) care of perennials and grasses, f) care of bulbous plants, g) replenishment of cavities, h) mulching of plantings with bark or gravel, i) securing plantings for the winter period, j) maintenance of the irrigation installation of plantings, k) other necessary gardening works as needed. 2) The list of maintenance facilities with species and quantity of plants for care constitutes Annex 1 to the model contract for task II. 3) The Contractor undertakes to perform the services constituting the subject of the task with due diligence, using all its knowledge, experience and qualifications as well as appropriate equipment, as well as to comply with the indications and recommendations of the Contracting Entity. 4) The subject of the task will be carried out on the basis of written instructions of the Contracting Authority according to the template, constituting Annex 2 to the model contract for task II. 5) A detailed description of the subject of the task and the scope of provision of services is described in the model contract for task II and in Annex 3 to the model contract for task II - Guidelines for the performance and acceptance of services related to the maintenance and care of the development of new areas, constituting annexes to the SWZ. The Contractor is obliged to read the SWZ and its annexes and execute the contract on the terms and conditions described therein.
