Assens Wastewater A/S is in the process of centralising wastewater treatment at the new treatment plant in Assens. In this connection, cutting pipes will be established from 8 smaller wastewater treatment plants to Assens Wastewater Treatment Plant.

Assens Spildevand A/S completed the execution of the first stage from Assens to Glamsbjerg in late summer 2022, where pressure pipes have been established. The foregoing is the closure of 3 wastewater treatment plants, which takes place in connection with the start-up of the new wastewater treatment plant in Assens. This tender concerns comprehensive consultancy for the continuation of cut-off pipeline and associated pumping stations for stages 2 and 3, as well as the concept proposal and construction programme and up to and including the authority project for stage 4/5.

For stages 2 and 3, the turnkey consultant service includes verification, adjustment and optimization of the indicative pipeline tracer with associated sketch project: "Transport system, February 2018" (Appendix B017), preparation of concept paper and construction programme, outline proposal, project proposal, authority project, tender project, execution project, execution (construction management and supervision), submission including 1- and 5-year inspection, as completed material, public meeting, landowner negotiations, matriculation, addendum to wastewater plan.

For stage 4/5, the service includes verification, adjustment and optimization of indicative pipeline lines with associated sketch project: "Transport system, February 2018" (Appendix B017), as well as preparation of alternative pipeline tracks and associated concept papers and construction programs, outline proposals, project proposals and authority project, as well as preparation for landowner negotiations, including holding a public meeting, and preparation of supplements to wastewater plan.
