1. The subject of the contract is: management of municipal waste indicated in the detailed description of the subject of the contract, in a way that ensures the achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods and reduction of the mass of biodegradable waste sent to landfill, The Contractor will ensure the management of waste separately mixed waste in the amount of about 700 Mg, separately segregated waste in the amount of about 300 Mg in the period duration of the contract.
1. The subject of the contract is: management of municipal waste indicated in the detailed description of the subject of the contract, in a way that ensures the achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods and reduction of the mass of biodegradable waste sent to landfill, in accordance with:
• Provisions of the Public Procurement Law of 11 September 2019 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1605), hereinafter referred to as the Act,
• The provisions of this Terms of Reference, hereinafter referred to as the Terms of Reference,
• The Act of 13 September 1996 on Maintaining Cleanliness and Order in Municipalities
(i.e. Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1469), hereinafter referred to as the "Act"
• The Waste Act of 14 December 2012 (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1587),
• Act of 27 April 2001 Environmental law (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2023, item 824).
• Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of 3 August 2021 on the method of calculating the levels of preparation for re-use and recycling of municipal waste (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1530)
• Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 15 December 2017 on the levels of limitation of the storage of biodegradable municipal waste (Journal of Laws of 2017, item 2412),
• Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 16 June 2009 on occupational health and safety in municipal waste management (Journal of Laws of 2009, No. 104, item 868),
• Applicable provisions of local law,
• Other provisions necessary for the performance of the service which is the subject of the contract.
The ongoing delivery of municipal waste, both mixed and segregated, will be carried out by means of containers with a capacity of about 30 m³ loaded at the transshipment yard with the equipment of the Department of Municipal Services.
Containers with waste will be sent to the Regional Municipal Waste Treatment Installation.
The Contractor will ensure the management of waste separately mixed waste in the amount of about 700 Mg, separately segregated waste in the amount of about 300 Mg during the term of the contract.
