Mission to accompany the contracting authority during the design and construction phase of the work and missions P1, P1', P2, P3 and P4. The heat production and distribution facilities are currently being consulted.

The main features of the facilities are as follows:

— two biomass boilers of 6.2 and 1.8 MW equipped with condensers, multi-cyclones and bag filters;

— two gas boilers of 10 and 2 MW;

— a 15 km long heat network including 9 km feeder in hot water 95 ºC;

— 64 100-2,000 MW substations;

— supply of 40,000 MWh/year of heat.

Secondary operation and customer relationship management mission with a minimum of 439 individual dwellings.

— AMO services during the work phase of the boiler house then missions P1, P1', P2, P3 and P4 and the management of the customer relationship with clients in individual housing (technical and contractual assistance);

— billing to clients in individual accommodation, on behalf of the procuring entity.
