Nord-Fron, Sør-Fron and Ringebu municipalities have a joint purchasing co-operation system. The co-operation includes that several tender competitions, such as this, are jointly implemented.

Nord-Fron municipality, hereafter called the contracting authority, hereby invites tenderers to an open tender competition for the procurement of consumables and supplies for Nord-Fron, Sør-Fron and Ringebu municipalities.

The municipalities are not one legal unit and will enter into separate agreements. This means that Nord-Fron, Sør-Fron and Ringebu municipalities shall enter into separate agreements after selecting providers.

The framework agreement must cover Nord-Fron, Sør-Fron and Ringebu municipalities requirements for consumables and supplies for offices, archiving and schools.

The agreement shall include deliveries to all of the three municipalities' departments and entities.
