Processor achieving a score of min. 6200 points in PassMark CPU Mark test according to results from https://www.cpubenchmark.net/cpu_list.php
The notebook in the offered configuration must achieve results in the Bapco Mobile Mark25 test no worse than:
Productivity — minimum 695 points
DC Performance — minimum 650 points
MobileMark 25 index — minimum 250 points
The required performance tests the contractor must perform on the automatic configurator settings included by BAPCO and at native display resolution and all devices enabled. It is not permitted to use overcloking, assistive software from a source other than pre-installed software by the manufacturer, interfering with BIOS settings (i.e. disabling devices constituting a full configuration) as well as in the system environment itself (i.e. decreasing resolution, brightness and contrast, etc.)
Confirmation of the above requirements will be accompanied by a print of the test software report.
The Contracting Authority reserves that in order to verify the correctness of the tests carried out, the Contractor may be called upon delivery for execution in the presence of the Contracting Authority, on two random notebooks indicated by the Contracting Authority, tests of their performance in accordance with the above requirements, confirming performance results declared by the Contractor
Description of equivalence for MS Office 2021 Home & Student software:
The office suite must meet the following requirements through built-in mechanisms, without the use of additional applications:
1. It must contain at least the following components: a text editor, a spreadsheet, a program for preparing and conducting presentations, an application for creating digital notes;
2. All components of the office suite offered must be an integral part of the same package, cooperate with each other (embedding and data exchange), have a uniform interface and the same uniform way of handling;
3. Full Polish language version of the user interface, message system and handheld contextual support available;
4. Proper reading and writing data in documents in formats: doc, docx, xls, xlsx, ppt, pptx, pps, ppsx, including support for formatting without loss of parameters and performance characteristics (preserved any formatting, location of texts, numbers, pictures, graphs, spacing between these objects and colors);
5. Execute and edit macros and code saved in Visual Basic in xls, xlsx files and formulas in files produced in MS Office 2003, MS Office 2007, MS Office 2010, MS Office 2013 and MS Office 2016 without data loss and no need to rework documents;
6. The ability to save produced documents directly in PDF format;
7. Ability to grant permissions to modify and format documents and their elements;
8. The ability to work multiple users simultaneously on a shared spreadsheet document;
9. The ability to edit drafted notes either through the keyboard and by adding highlights or handwritten annotations.
10. The license must be perpetual, licensed for the device, in a box version
