The Norwegian Public Roads Administration, henceforth referred to as the Contracting Authority would like to enter into framework agreements for IT consultancy services within strategy, steering and management. The contract will cover the need for competence that the Contracting Authority does not have access to in its own department at a given point in time, or where there is an independent need for external task solving. The contract can also be used if extra capacity is needed.
