Security service

The Staatliche Kunstsammlungen Dresden, hereinafter referred to as SKD,
is looking for a security service provider as contractor, hereinafter referred to as Contractor, for the protection goals specified by SKD, such as

--the protection of the physical integrity (life, limb and health) of visitors, employees, employees of external companies and persons outside SKD,

--the protection of the property of museums and collections and of visitors, employees, external company employees and persons outside SKD, as well as for the prevention, which is necessary to achieve the protection goals,

--assumes responsibility for security at all designated SKD sites. The Contractor is responsible for the selection and deployment of personnel, logistics and security management resources. The aim of this tender is

--to find a partner with whom SKD can establish an efficient security organization that comprehensively meets the requirements of the contracted security services

--to be able to react to future developments by drawing on the experience and competence of an efficient security service company,

--Security services in different buildings and building complexes at different times

--to have the support of security technology and connected alarm systems provided by this specialist company;

--Execution of services in the individual objects during conversion measures;

--Execution and securing of cash and valuables transports.

In the future, the requirements of the SKD may change, the tasks can be expanded or reduced, locations can be added or eliminated. The modalities of any changes within the time frame specified by SKD shall be made in accordance with the general and specific provisions of the contract. In order to plan its personnel deployment, the Contractor shall be informed in good time about the changing requirements arising from museum operations, e.g. conversion measures.

The service description describes the requirements for security services of the objects and associated outdoor areas, the services and qualities to be provided by the Contractor as well as the interfaces to the internal requirements. With this tender, SKD is looking for a security service provider who works performance- and quality-oriented. This performance and quality orientation is characterized, among other things, by a strong focus on the constant and regular training of permanent employees, by proactive cooperation with the client and by an effective and efficient execution of the order.
