The City of Hämeenlinna invites tenders for the property management system in accordance with the tender documents. The object of the procurement is an information system intended for the management of Tilapalvelut, which will be procured as a SaaS service. The aim of the procurement is to provide an information and invoicing material system that serves the management and rental of buildings efficiently and diversely. At present, the contracting entity uses the Haahtela Kiinteistötieto information system provided by Haahtela-kehitys Oy. The users of the system are experts in the client's administration and property maintenance and maintenance (approx. 10 persons)

The tendering process will be carried out in an open procedure and one tenderer with the highest score in the comparison will be selected as the contract supplier. The competitive tendering process is selected on the basis of overall economic advantage.
