It is not allowed to contact other Municipal staff regarding this Procurement from the date of publication of this Procurement. In case of violation of this rule, the Municipality may decide to exclude the Entrepreneur or the Tenderer from further participation in this Procurement. However, it is permissible to contact staff of the City of Amsterdam for the purpose of requesting references, which the Municipality is the client of.
