This is a framework agreement executed at unit prices and purchase orders, except, and exceptionally, for the services stipulated in Article 6 of the CCTP executed by subsequent contracts. The terms and conditions for the award of purchase orders are set out in Article 6.4 of the CCAP.The terms and conditions for the award of any subsequent contracts are set out in Article 6.11 of the CCAP.The minimum annual amount is 30,000 euro(s) (excluding VAT). The maximum annual amount of 400,000 euro(s) (excl. VAT).
