The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity for the Penitentiary in Krzywańiec together with the subordinate External Branches in Lubsko and Wałowice. Deliveries will be made to n/w electricity consumption points, which are located in:

1) Penitentiary in Krzywaniec, Krzywaniec No. 1, 66-010 Nowogród Bobrzański, PPE No. 590310600001436022, tariff B23

2) Penitentiary in Krzywańiec 66-010 Nowogród Bobrzański External Branch in Wałowice, Wałowice 74 66-620 Gubin, PPE No. 590310600000247650, tariff B23

3) Penitentiary in Krzywaniec 66-010 Nowogród Bobrzański External Branch in Lubsko, Nowa 2 68-300 Lubsko, PPE 590310600001138551, tariff C12A

4) Penitentiary in Krzywańiec 66-010 Nowogród Bobrzański External Branch in Lubsko Lubsko Nowa 2 68-300 Lubsko, PPE No. 590310600001138575, tariff G12W

morning peak : 250.85 MWh

afternoon peak : 107.29 MWh

b) Penitentiary in Krzywaniec 66-010 Nowogród Bobrzański External Branch in Wałowice, Tariff B23, total: 123.38 MWh, including:

morning peak : 24.38 MWh

afternoon peak : 15 MWh

other hours of the day: 84 MWh

c) Penitentiary in Krzywaniec 66-010 Nowogród Bobrzański External Branch in Lubsko, Tariff C12A, a total of 18.79 MWh, including:

peak : 4.56 MWh

pozaszczytowa : 14,23 MWh

d) Penitentiary in Krzywaniec 66-010 Nowogród Bobrzański External Branch in Lubsko, G12W tariff, a total of 78.70 MWh, including:

peak : 36.67 MWh

pozaszczytowa : 42,03 MWh

The supply of electricity should be carried out in accordance with the applicable regulations in this respect, and in particular on the basis of:

(a) the Law of 10 April 1997. Energy Law (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, items 1385, 1723, 2127, 2243, 2370, 2687);

b) the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 4 May 2007 on the detailed conditions for the operation of the power system (Journal of Laws of 2007 No. 93, item 623, as amended);

c) the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of 29 November 2022 on the method of shaping and calculating tariffs and the method of settlements in electricity trading (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 2505).
