Description:
Delivery of signs, signage elements, road safety equipment for RDW Zamość

The order covers the supply of vertical marking elements and road safety equipment in accordance with the offer cost.

1. The order shall cover the supply of vertical marking elements and road safety equipment in accordance with the cost of the offer.

2. Delivered road signs should have design and performance characteristics and comply with the requirements in the description of the subject of the contract for the supply of elements of the vertical marking annexed to the contract, and in particular:

(a) type A, B, and C road sign discs made of fire-galvanized steel sheet with a thickness of a minimum of 1.25 mm with a double bent edge, reinforced in the back of the rear with a bracing and mounting profile for fixing the handles;

(b) the information signs, direction and locality types D and E, and the signs for road signs type T should be made of fire-galvanized steel sheet with a thickness of 1.25 mm. Double-bent edges of the disc perimeter should have a bandwidth of min. 25 mm. In the bends, bolt holes should be made for mounting the handles adapted to attach these marks to the posts. The Contracting Authority allows the removal of bolt holes for mounting grips and the use of clamps adapted for mounting by the edge of the mark;

(c) the face of the characters should be made of a reflective film of type '1', with the exception of characters A-7, B-2, B-20, D-6, where the use of a reflective film of type '2' is applicable;

(d) the required quality guarantee should be at least 7 years for use of Type 1 reflective films, 10 years for type 2 reflective films, 2 years for road safety equipment;

(e) fasteners — brackets made of fire-galvanized steel sheet adapted for attachment to support structures (posts) with diameters from 45 to 65 mm;

(f) The marker posts should be made of steel pipe (outer diameter 60 mm) galvanized, a minimum wall thickness of 2.9-3.2 mm with welded anchors at the bottom of the post and fitted with a plastic hood to protect against water entering its interior. The Contracting Authority permits the use of posts with not welded anchors in exchange for anchors placed in the holes of the lower part of the post.

3. The elements of the marking specified in Annex No 1 should be made in accordance with the provisions laid down in the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of 3 July 2003 (i.e., OJ 2019 item 2311 as amended) “Detailed technical conditions for traffic signs and signals and road safety devices and conditions for their placement on roads”, Annex from No 1 to 4 and the provisions contained in the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure and Home Affairs and Administration of 31 July 2001 on traffic signs and signals (OJ No 170, item 1393 of late. d.)

4. The supplied elements of the marking should have technical approval issued by the authorised body and a declaration of conformity with it.

5. The Contractor shall secure in his own right and at his expense all the materials and means of transport necessary for the execution of the order.

6. Delivery will be carried out in parts, on the basis of orders placed by the Contracting Authority for individual assortments and quantities (by telephone or fax), within a period not exceeding 21 days from the date of receipt of the notice by the Contractor.

7. Unloading the characters at the storage site belongs to the Ordering Party.

8. The unit prices of the individual elements of road safety signage and equipment specified in the offer cost estimate shall include the cost of delivery to the respective Road Circuits.

9. Signs quantities given are estimated quantities. Detailed quantities of characters and their symbols will be determined each time in the order.

10. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to modify the quantity of deliveries between each assortment of marks.
