The College wishes to appoint one provider for this Service to work alongside the College’s in-house Estates team. The College requires that all applicants for this contract are accredited to NICEIC or NAPIT (or equivalent, professionally recognised accreditation company).

Provision of Electrical and Data Installation and Maintenance Services [the Services] to the College across all sites to support the College’s Estates and IT Departments in the functional operation and maintenance of the College estate. The College wishes to appoint one provider for this Service. The proposed contract is for a fixed period of 2 years options to extend for a further 2 years in annual increments subject to satisfactory performance and a benchmark of applicable rates/performance.
