Given that part of the problems of incivility and coexistence occur in the evening, it is the will of this City Council to develop a project of civic agents that can cover these schedules and that can be complementary with other projects that work the same aspects during daylight hours. It is proposed to hire a civics management service to work on the promotion of civic behavior on the left bank of the city of Sant Adrià de Besòs at night.
