This contract is a service contract which covers the various services relating to the management of the kitchen, the supply of foodstuffs and beverages, the manufacture of meals and the catering service of residents, family members of residents, visitors, staff of the municipality and CPAS of Perwez and similar and during occasional various receptions. As well as the making of healthy and sustainable meals for schools in the Perwez entity.

Only the chief manager is made available under this contract, with the rest of the staff being the CPAS's own staff attached to the kitchens.

The market also includes coaching and training of kitchen staff (including trainees, students and article 60):

— the organization of specific nutritional and dietary control for each resident since entering an institution;

— the organisation and supervision of the maintenance and cleaning of the production, storage and storage premises of the kitchen in accordance with hygiene and safety standards;

— advice and support to optimize the organization of the kitchen;

— the maintenance and maintenance of the equipment and equipment made available. See details in the technical clauses.

The single market is divided into two parts as follows:

— part 1: making healthy and sustainable meals for schools in the Perwez entity:

—— the small school of Malèves,

—— the municipal school (primary and kindergarten) of Perwez,

—— the Communal School (Primary and Kindergarten) of Malèves-Sainte-Marie,

—— the Orbais Communal School (Primary and Kindergarten),

—— the communal school (primary and kindergarten) of Thorembais-les-Béguines,

—— the communal school (primary and kindergarten) of Thorembais-Saint-Truiden,

—— the staff of the Commune of Perwez.

The market includes the supply of food and food during school periods and the provision of a qualified and experienced kitchen manager responsible for the management and operation of kitchens.

— part 2: making healthy and sustainable meals for the residence Trémuroux (104 beds) and the CPAS de Perwez home meal service (40/jr).

The market includes 7 days a week, including public holidays, of foodstuffs and food products and the provision of a qualified and experienced kitchen manager responsible for the management and operation of kitchens.

The organisation of ancillary catering services at the specific request of the contracting authority: preparation of meal parcements at the request of the social service of the CPAS, meals, sandwiches, and snacks for meetings or for CPAS staff on the basis of purchase orders drawn up by the contracting authority.
