The purpose of this consultation is the rental, installation and maintenance of photocopiers (colour and monochrome).
The main technical characteristics of the contract are set out in the Special Technical Clauses (CCTP).
Candidates are required to meet the basic solution, namely mostly new equipment and respecting the 20% requested under Decree No. 2021*254 of 9 March 2021 (acquisition of goods from reuse or reuse or incorporating recycled materials).

- in the form of a fixed-price contract for the rental services of photocopiers.
- in the form of a purchase order contract. The maintenance services of photocopiers (cost per copy) may vary within the following limits: minimum amount 10,000 euro Ht/Year; maximum amount: 22,000 euro Ht/Year
Nursery and elementary schoolsThe purpose of this lot is the rental, installation and maintenance of photocopiers for nursery and elementary schools in the Commune of Vandoeuvre-Lès-Nancy.
The market is established in the form of a composite market, namely:
- in the form of a fixed-price contract for the rental services of photocopiers.
- in the form of a purchase order contract. The maintenance services of photocopiers (cost per copy) may vary within the following limits: minimum amount 5,000 euro Ht/year; maximum amount: 15,000 euro Ht/Year
Reprography workshopsthe purpose of this lot is the rental, installation and maintenance of photocopiers for the municipal services of the Municipality of Vandoeuvre-Lès-Nancy.
The market is established in the form of a composite market, namely:
