The purpose of this contract is to purchase Authoring licenses for a commercially available web-based tool that allows Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop e-learning. This tool allows EMS to develop themselves larger modules that are technically uniform (multidevice, tracking possible, etc.), visually adapted (full response and many models available), that support learner participation (clear structure, interaction, quizzes, etc.) and that thus improve the effectiveness of our (digital) training.
