Provision of IT Network Support

The provision of IT network support contained within this market test covers three functions within the Trust, IT, business intelligence and finance. The supplier will provide a range of services that cover:

— helpdesk services, infrastructure hosting services, server virtualisation, second line network support, DMZ management, VPN remote access, disaster recovery (DR) and business continuity services, systems and hosted services,

— server and application environment, database support.
