1. The subject of the contract includes the provision of regular transport services performed as part of local public transport on bus lines operating as part of the public transport system connecting the area of the Piaseczno poviat (Góra Kalwaria and Prażmów Communes) with Warsaw in a total number of 952,000 (in words: nine hundred and fifty two thousand ) +10% / - 10% (plus ten / minus ten) vehicle kilometers.

2. The provision of the service will start within 2 weeks from the date of signing the contract, not earlier than on 1/1/2020, while the completion of the subject of the contract will take place on 30/11/2021.

2. The Contractor during the implementation of the subject of the contract will have at least 8 (including 1 reserve in accordance with the requirements described in Annex 1b to the ToR) buses that meet the requirements described in Annex 1a and 1b to the ToR and the requirements described in Chapter VI of the ToR.

3. The Awarding Entity provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in art. 134 section 6 of the PPL Act. The scope of these orders will not exceed 50% of the value of the basic order and may consist of extending the period of service provision or increasing the basic number of car kilometers specified in the contract. The Employer will grant supplementary contracts on terms no worse for the Employer than the basic order. The price of one car kilometer may not be higher than indicated in the contract concluded as a result of this tender.
