1. The subject of this contract is the purchase of electricity for the facilities of the Contracting entity and organizational units indicated in Annexes No. 1 and No. 2 to the SWZ.
Part 1 of the contract – purchase of electricity for facilities listed in Annex 1 to the Terms of Reference – street lighting. The estimated demand for electricity in the period from 01.01.2024 to 31.12.2024 is 3 688.888 MWh (in the period from 01.01.2025 to 31.12.2025 – 3 688, 888 MWh).
Part 2 of the contract – purchase of electricity for facilities listed in Annex 2 to the Terms of Reference – other facilities. The estimated electricity demand in the period from 01.01.2024 to 31.12.2024 is 6 613.309 MWh (in the period from 01.01.2025 to 31.12.2025 – 6 613.309 MWh).
1. The subject of this contract is the purchase of electricity for the facilities of the Contracting entity and organizational units indicated in Annexes No. 1 and No. 2 to the SWZ.
2. On the basis of the agreement concluded on 25.07.2023, the City of Kwidzyn is entitled to conduct a public procurement procedure in the open tender procedure for entities listed in this agreement. Organizational units will conclude separate agreements resulting from this tender procedure for the purchase of electricity.
3. Part 1 of the contract – purchase of electricity for facilities listed in Annex 1 to the Terms of Reference – street lighting. The estimated demand for electricity in the period from 01.01.2024 to 31.12.2024 is 3 688.888 MWh (in the period from 01.01.2025 to 31.12.2025 – 3 688, 888 MWh).
4. Part 2 of the contract – purchase of electricity for facilities listed in Annex 2 to the Terms of Reference – other facilities. The estimated electricity demand in the period from 01.01.2024 to 31.12.2024 is 6 613.309 MWh (in the period from 01.01.2025 to 31.12.2025 – 6 613.309 MWh).
5. Performing the activities resulting from the power of attorney constituting Annex 1 to the draft contract, constituting Annex 8 to the SWZ, in particular, the Contracting Authority obliges the Contractor to notify the indicated Distribution System Operator to perform the electricity sale contract concluded with the Contractor, make declarations of will and determine on behalf of the Ordering Party all necessary information regarding the termination of the existing energy sales agreement electricity and provision of distribution services (comprehensive agreement), representing the Ordering Party before the relevant Distribution System Operator in matters related to the conclusion of the distribution services agreement.
6. If the contractor fails to complete the formalities and does not effectively terminate the contracts for the sale of electricity with the previous contractors and does not provide on the Information Exchange Platform (IPR) and does not receive positive verification and this will be the reason for calculating reserve electricity and invoices will be charged by two sellers, the reimbursement of costs for the purchase of electricity from the reserve seller will be the difference between the costs of energy purchased from reserve seller, and energy that would be purchased on the basis of a sales contract concluded with the selected Contractor.
