The assignment concerns the rental and maintenance of color laser printers, multifunctional color laser printers and management software for the optimum registration and management of all options, for five years with a possible one-year extension.

The assignment includes:

- installation and preparation of the equipment,

- training of end-users and network operators,

- the rental and maintenance of the equipment and technical interventions (including the necessary spare parts, travel costs, working hours and any other possible costs),

- supplying all consumables except paper,

- the implementation, control and support of the management software.
