Provision of services in the field of forest management in the Miłomłyn Forest District in 2024

The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6(1)(1) of the Forest Act of 28 September 1991 (consolidated text :D z.U.U. of 2023, item 1356, as amended – "Forest Act") including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and harvesting, nursery, seed production, hunting management, meadow and agricultural management, nature conservation, tourist development along with accompanying works to be carried out in the Miłomłyn Forest District in 2024. The procedure is conducted in an open tender procedure pursuant to Article 129(1)(1) in conjunction with Article 129(2) and Articles 132-139 of the Act of 11 September 2019. Public Procurement Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1605 of późn.zm-"PPL") and implementing acts to the Public Procurement Law. The procedure is conducted in accordance with the rules provided for classic contracts with a value equal to or exceeding the EU thresholds. The so-called "reverse procedure" procedure.

Package 1 - forestry: Draglice, Ruś

Provision of forest management services in the Draglice and Ruś Forest Ranges in 2024. 1. Material scope of the subject of the contract:1) The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6(1)(1) of the Forest Act of 28 September 1991 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1356, as amended – the "Forest Act") including works in the field of forest cultivation and protection, fire protection, wood harvesting and harvesting, nature conservation, tourist development along with accompanying works to be carried out in the area of the Miłomłyn Forest District in 2024. 2) The material scope of the subject of the contract includes the total amount of works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and harvesting, nature conservation, tourist development along with accompanying works resulting from Appendix No. 2 to the Terms of Reference, which consists of: Incl. No 2.1.–planned size of works; Incl. No. 2.2.-Detailed size of work by activity groups, activities and locations; Appendix No. 2.3.1 – characteristics of forestry in the field of timber harvesting; Appendix No. 2.3.2.–assortment system of timber harvesting in forestry; Appendix No. 2.3.3.–summary of distances and conditions of wood harvesting; Incl. No 2.3.4.–Listing of items with additional difficulties in terms of acquisition and skidding; Appendix No. 2.3.5.–list of items not available for machine acquisition; Appendix No. 2.3.6.–information on the optimal technology of wood harvesting (potential); Incl. No. 2.4.1.-information on the nature of forest care (weed mowing zones); Appendix No. 2.4.2.-list of items not available for renewal with the planter. 3) The material scopes listed in the Appendices included in Appendix 2 are estimates. 4) Quality standards relating to all essential features of the subject matter of the contract are specified in Appendix No. 3 to the Terms of Reference, which consists of: Appendix. No. 3.1." Description of the standard of forestry works execution technology" adopted by Decision No. 161 of the Director General of the State Forests of 12 September 2023. No. 3.2..Description of the standard of forestry work execution technology in the Regional Directorate of State Forests in Olsztyn adopted by the decision No. 11/2023 of the Director of the Regional Directorate of the Regional Directorate of State Forests in Olsztyn of 11.05.2023 on the introduction of the Regional Description of the standard of forest work execution technology in the organizational units of the Regional Directorate of State Forests in Olsztyn. Specified in Appendix. no. 3.1.do SWZ and Appendix No. 3.2. to the Terms of Reference, a detailed description of the standard of technology for the performance of individual forestry works (activities) is the basis for determining the quality requirements relating to the elements constituting the subject of the contract (Appendix No. 2 to the Terms of Reference). If the activity described in the above-mentioned appendices is not provided for in the description of the subject matter of the contract (Appendix No. 2 to the Terms of Reference), then in this respect the provisions of Appendix. No. 3.1 to the SWZ and Appendix. No 3.2 shall not apply to the Terms of Reference. A description of the rules of the procedure for the acceptance of forestry works is included in Appendix. No. 3 to the SWZ. The general principles of performance of the subject matter of the contract are described in section 3.3.ToS. The regulations that the Contractor will be obliged to comply with in particular when performing the subject matter of the contract are described in section 3.2.ToS. The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law within 3 years from the date of awarding the basic contract. The Contracting Authority does not reserve the obligation for the Contractor to personally perform key tasks related to the subject of the contract.

Package 10 - hunting districts no. 247, 248, 278

Provision of services in the field of forest management in hunting districts No. 247, 248, 278 in 2024. 1. Material scope of the subject of the contract:1)The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the definition in Article 6(1)(1) of the Forest Act of 28 September 1991 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1356 of późn.zm–"Forest Act") including works in the field of hunting management, meadow and agricultural management along with accompanying works to be performed in the area of the Miłomłyn Forest District in 2024. 2) The material scope of the subject of the contract includes the total amount of works in the field of hunting and meadow and agricultural management together with accompanying works resulting from Appendix I. No. 2 to the Terms of Reference, which consists of: Appendix No 2.1.–planned size of works; Incl. No. 2.2.-Detailed size of work by activity groups, activities and locations; 3) The material scopes listed in the Appendices included in Appendix 2 are estimates. 4) Quality standards relating to all essential features of the subject matter of the contract are specified in Appendix No. 3 to the Terms of Reference, which consists of: Appendix. Specified in Appendix. nr.3.1.do SWZ and Appendix. No. 3.1 to the SWZ and Appendix. No. 3.2 shall not apply to the Terms of Reference. A description of the rules of the procedure for the acceptance of forestry works is included in Appendix. No. 3 to the SWZ. The general principles of performance of the subject matter of the contract are described in section 3.3.ToS. The regulations that the Contractor will be obliged to comply with in particular when performing the subject matter of the contract are described in section 3.2.ToS. The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law within 3 years from the date of awarding the basic contract. The Contracting Authority does not reserve the obligation for the Contractor to personally perform key tasks related to the subject of the contract.
