1. The subject of the order is "Supply of electricity" to the buildings of the Employer and organizational units, indicated in the Description of the object of the contract, constituting Annexes 1 and 2 to the ToR.

2. The City of Kwidzyn, based on an agreement concluded on 05/06/2019, is entitled to conduct a public procurement procedure under an open tender procedure in accordance with the Public Procurement Law. The organizational units will conclude separate agreements resulting from this tender procedure for the supply of electricity.
