1. The subject of the contract is the supply of equipment for endovascular procedures and vacuum therapy for the needs of the Międzylesie Specialist Hospital in Warsaw. 2. The subject of the contract has been divided into 9 task forces, in the quantities and assortment indicated in the Price Forms constituting integral parts of this SWZ. 3. The Ordering Party reserves the right and the Contractor agrees to place orders without restrictions, under this contract, as well as the right to adjust the ordered quantities downwards or upwards in the event of circumstances that the Ordering Party could not foresee, provided that the minimum value of the entire order will not be less than 30%. 4. The offer may apply to all or selected Tasks. It is not allowed to submit partial bids within individual Tasks. 5. The contracting authority shall not allow variants to be submitted. 6. The execution of the contract will take place for a period of 24 months from the date of conclusion of a valid contract with the Contractor.
