The object of the order is the service of receiving and landscaping of municipal waste from the territory of the Municipality of Jordan Silesia from owners of residing and defined properties on which residents do not reside, and municipal waste is created as well as from the Selective Collections Point of Municipal Waste (PSZOK) and other public places, including their transport to municipal waste processing facilities, as well as the distribution of sacks for municipal waste collected selectively. The service will be provided between 1 January 2022 and 31 December 2022. The projected amount of municipal waste which the Contractor provides for receipt by the Contractor between 01.01.2022 and 31.12.2022, as part of the execution of the subject of the contract, shall be 1420 Mg (+/- 10%).

In addition to inhabited and non-inhabited properties, the following are to be included in the offer:

1) Public Primary School in Jordan Silesia,

2) Office of the Municipality of Jordan Silesia,

3) Municipal Relief Center.

The scope of the contract includes:

1) the collection and development of municipal waste from the area of the Municipality of Jordan Silesia and their transport - from all residents and from non-inhabited objects and from the following facilities:

(a) Public Primary School in Jordan Silesia,

(b) The Municipality Office of the Jordanian Silesia,

(c) Municipal Social Assistance Centre in Jordan Silesia,

(d) the municipal sewage treatment plant in Jordan Silesia,

e) companies and establishments (business entities) operating in the territory of the Municipality of Jordan Silesia

2) the collection, transport and management of municipal waste collected on the PSZOK;

3. Equipment for the duration of the contract for the provision of services indicated by the Contracting Authority with bags for segregation of municipal waste;

4) Equipment for the duration of the contract for the provision of services indicated by the Contracting Authority of public utilities (playgrounds and pitches) with sets of bins for segregation of waste, with a capacity of 120L, taking into account selected fractions: plastic and metals, glass, paper, respectively tagged. Projected number of sets: 18. Receiving, transporting and landscaping of waste from these containers;

5) Order period: from 01.01.2022 to 31.12.2022
