The scope of the study is (A) the development of EU level SCOs (Art. 88(4) CPR) for each Member State in three (3) policy areas identified namely energy efficiency and renewable energy, R&I activities, and SME Growth and Competitiveness for the actions/interventions specified in the procurement documents.
