Conclusion of a new Microsoft Enterprise Agreement contract with assurance for 3 years in the sense of a framework agreement.

The existing Microsoft Enterprise Agreement (EA) ends on 31.08.2023. With this award procedure, the new conclusion of an EA contract with assurance is awarded for 3 years in the sense of a framework agreement.

In principle, the contract is awarded to the most economical offer by means of pure price evaluation.

The framework agreement will run for 36 months.

Period: 01.09.2023 –31.08.2026

A certified Microsoft Partner will be advertised to ensure the continuation of Software Assurance without interruption from 01.09.2023 based on an Enterprise Agreement contract.
