The total service to be awarded consists of the delivery of a brand-new, complete three-axle chassis, the delivery/assembly of a brand-new, complete rotary drum (18 – 19 m³ volume, lot 2) and the delivery of a brand-new, complete filling for the mounting of MGB 120 l – 1 100 l. (lot 3). The total performance will be awarded in the following 3 lots.
Tenders may be submitted for one or more lots.
Delivery of a three-axle chassisThe partial service to be awarded consists of the supply of a three-axle chassis suitable for holding a rotary drum (18 – 19 m³ volume, lot 2) and filling it to the contractor of lot 2.
Provision of lot-specific technical documents;
Provision of lot-specific special tools;
Training of workshop personnel and instruction of operating personnel;
Ensuring the supply of spare parts for the most common spare parts.
Delivery/assembly of a brand new, complete rotary drum (18 – 19 m³ volume, lot 2)The partial service to be awarded consists of the complete assembly of the rotary drum vehicle including the delivery/assembly of a rotary drum. This is to be mounted on the supplied three-axle chassis (from lot 1) and the assembly is to be carried out on the vehicle from the also supplied fill (from lot 3).
The contractual scope of services includes the following (ancillary) services:
The Contractor from Lot 2 shall also accept the three-axle chassis delivered from Lot 1 and the bulk delivered by the Contractor from Lot 3 on behalf of the Customer.
Complete assembly, approval (StVZO and tachograph), delivery/handover/
Acceptance of the complete vehicles at the TBR (Lot 2)
Delivery/installation OBU – toll system (lot 2)
Provision of lot-specific technical documentation (all lots)
Training of workshop personnel and instruction of operating personnel (all lots)
Delivery of a pile for the above-mentioned rotary drum structureDelivery of a brand-new, complete filling by the contractor from Lot 3 To the contractual
Scope of services includes the following (ancillary) services — Delivery of the fill by the contractor
from Lot 3 to the location of the contractor from Lot 2;
— adjustment and functional testing of the assembled pile (Lot 3),
— provision of batch-specific technical documentation,
— provision of lot-specific special tools (all lots),
- Training of workshop personnel and instruction of the operating personnel;
- Ensuring the delivery of spare parts for the most common spare parts.
