Lot 2 - Development Talents

Komm.ONE would like to carry out the selection of talents within the framework of the junior talent development program with the support of an external partner. For this purpose, it is planned on the one hand to carry out potential-free courses in the course of the pre-selection and on the other hand to use assessment centers for the final identification of the talents.

The estimated scope of the service of approx. 100 consultant days is based on the client's experience and cannot be determined bindingly and conclusively.

The "development of talents" in the sense of this award procedure includes both the implementation of modules and the learning support of the participants during the program. In addition, the contractor should support the identification of the module topics and the content of the program with his expertise in advance.
