The framework agreement will be executed by issuing purchase orders.
Each lot will be the subject of a separate allocation.
The purpose of this Framework Agreement is to provide the following services:
- Routine maintenance work, repairs (troubleshooting and/or repair)
- Replacement work on the building's components or equipment in the dwelling or its annexes
- One-off work called "major maintenance" or in addition to work on a rehabilitation or improvement project
This consultation concerns only Lot No. 5, which has been revived after a previous procedure was declared without further action on grounds of public interest. The information relating to the other batches in the DCE documents is for information purposes only
