Acting pursuant to Article 38(2) of the Act of 11 September 2019. Public Procurement Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1710) hereinafter referred to as: "PPL Act" and in accordance with the content of the Agreement of 19.09.2022, the proceedings in question are conducted by the contracting authorities' proxy, i.e.:

Accident insurance.

Part 1 – Insurance of property and civil liability of the contracting authority and organizational units participating in the joint insurance program, including:

- insurance of property against all risks (all risk),

- insurance of electronic equipment against all risks,

- Liability insurance,

Part 2 – Motor insurance, including:

- Compulsory insurance of the civil liability of the holder of motor vehicles for damage caused in connection with the use of these vehicles,

- Auto casco insurance,

- Accident insurance for drivers and passengers,

- Basic/Extended Assistance Insurance

Part 3 – Accident insurance including:

- Group (personal) accident insurance for members of the Volunteer Fire Brigade,

- Group (nameless) accident insurance of members of the Volunteer Fire Brigade,

- Group (nameless) accident insurance for members of Youth Fire Teams

Group (nameless) accident insurance for employees

- Group (nameless) accident insurance of people who perform work for social purposes.
