The contracting authority seeks expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced service providers to deliver a programme of work to Keyworker and Student Accommodation. The works will include the delivery of cyclical decorations and flooring works to approximately 2105 properties.

The works required will include cyclical decorations to all previously painted surfaces to Keyworker and Student Accommodation, including external areas, external and internal communal parts, individual dwellings, offices, meeting rooms, laundry rooms and caretaker areas; associated repairs, including works to guttering, downpipes, fencing, paving, brickwork, porch roofs, etc.; flooring works including external areas and external and internal communal parts and internal rooms, as required. The works will include a mixture of responsive and planned works. TVH intends to appoint one service provider.
