— special requirements for fused concrete surfaces of ceilings and walls,
— 3 solid development cores, 2 reinforced concrete — firewall dividers,
— Building: circumferring facade frame LK 3/W 06/H2; 2 cranes; external settling platforms on the 4 upper floors; crossing bridges on the ground floor.
In the course of this order, the following services are to be provided:
— PR — facades wood — aluminium on the ground floor approx. 225 m, up to 4 m height,
— ventilated vertical timber — louvred wall on the ground floor approx. 40 m height,
— 4 upper floors each approx. 250 m with parapets timber frame construction H = 90 cm, wrap-around window strips wood/wood — aluminium with opaque inserts wood H = 2.45 m,
— 3 upper floors each approx. 50 m with parapets timber frame construction H = 90 cm, wraping window strips wood/wood — aluminium with opaque inserts wood H = 2.45 m, parapet cladding aluminium partly bent for internal atrium,
— PR — façade approx. 16 m of wood/wood — aluminium in 2 levels with doors for conservatories 3rd and 4th floor,
— 3 large glass roofs/wooden structures for conservatories and atrium with circumferential curves such as façade (see special requirements), 2 of which are used for weather protection and 1 as thermal shell,
— Sandwich facades 25 m for ventilation centre,
— lamellar façade with exterior doors for technical centre on the roof,
— Circumferential outer attic and parapet cladding made of a V — cantilevering up to 2.10 m with top and bottom sheet metal trim; top pre-installation for on-site PV elements; in 5 mounting levels, approximately 130 m each,
— Ditto up to 0.80 m cantilevered with 2 — lateral sheet metal cladding without top-mounted PV elements in 5 mounting — levels of approx. 120 m each,
— Suspended sheet metal ceiling above the main entrance in the parapet cladding material, with recessed luminaires,
— Revolving drum door, 5 external doors; with high safety requirements.
In particular, the following special features must be taken into account:
In sections of 1-axis curved exterior wall surfaces on all floors (“round building corners “), including in the area of the parapets (“three-dimensionally curved sheets “) and three-dimensionally shaped transition structures between the different element depths of the parapets:
— subsequent closure of the facades in the area of the lifting platforms in the OG's and the crossing bridges in the EC,
— special glazing with F and G glass in limited areas,
— installation of parapets and windows from the inside; installation of the parapet cladding elements from the outside without scaffolding.
The following deadlines shall apply for implementation:
— start of construction shell 1.9.2021,
— completion of shell construction 18.3.2022,
— start of window and facade work planned 7.3.2022,
— closure of the openings of the platforms from approximately September 2022,
— End of window and façade work around mid-November 2022.
