The subject of this tender is the design, manufacture, testing (FAT), delivery and after sales servicing (including software and firmware maintenance contract) of Load Shedding Cubicles to substations located in Belgium for a period of 6 years. Incoterms will be DDP, unloading in Belgium included. The Load Shedding Cubicles will contain IED's (Intelligent Electronic Devices), including all accessories, which measure one or more voltages and give a trip signal when the frequency.

The final contracting entity may be:

(i) Elia Asset S.A. and/or Elia ESO and/or Elia Engineering S.A,

(ii) Any of the companies belonging to the the company hereabove and/or,

(iii) A new company that will be set up by one of the companies hereabove,

(iiii) And any other contracting party with which Elia has before concluded a contract and has the obligation to use the Services of the Contracting Party (in the frame of an EPC or the subcontracting of part of project, ...) and also use the Services of this agreement.

Framework agreement for the design, manufacture, testing, delivery and after sales servicing of Load Shedding including all accessories to substations located in Belgium for a period of 6 years.

Incoterms will be DDP.
