The contract (i.e. the municipal municipal waste collection system, hereinafter referred to as the 'scheme') shall comprise:
a) Cyclical collection and transport of mixed, remaining after segregation (hereinafter: residual), as well as separately collected municipal waste from the owners covered by the system:
- residential immovable property in which there is at least one dwelling and at least one resident resides,
- real estate on which there are cottages or other real estate used for recreational purposes (hereinafter: summer cottages),
b) Collection of waste as part of the Mobile Point of Selective Collection of Municipal Waste (Mobile PSZOK).
c) Collection of expired medicines from the places of their collection (containers owned by the municipality), i.e. pharmacies and medical points.
d) Cleaning and mowing the area around public waste containers, taking care of their proper sanitary, orderly and technical condition. Detailed description of the subject of the contract Annex No. 8 to the Terms of Reference
Pursuant to Art. 95(1) of the Public Procurement Law. The Ordering Party requires the Contractor, subcontractor or further subcontractor to employ persons performing the following activities in the scope of the contract performance, by the Contractor, subcontractor or further subcontractor on the basis of an employment relationship, within the meaning of the Act of 26.06.1974 - Labour Code (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 1320):
- drivers and workers loading waste.
In order to document the employment of persons under an employment contract, the Contractor on the day of signing the contract shall submit to the Ordering Party a statement regarding the employment of an employee under an employment contract together with an indication of the activities they will perform. A detailed method of documenting the employment of persons referred to in Article 95 of the PPL Act, the Contracting Authority's right to control the Contractor's compliance with these requirements, and sanctions for non-compliance with them, are included in the draft contract (Annex 7 to the Terms of Reference).
