The contracting authority has an estimated budget for both fire engines of NOK 8,000,000 excluding VAT. The contracting authority reserves the right not to exceed the budget.

The stated volumes are an estimate and are not binding for the contracting authority.

Lots/groups

Tenders can be submitted for one or several groups. Sub-tenders cannot be submitted within each group, and alternative tenders will not be accepted. Groups: Group 1: 1 fire engine s4.4 (tank lorry with crew cabin). Group 2: 1 fire engine s1.1 (with an estimated delivery in the latter half of 2023).

The contracting authority retains the right to divide the contract between multiple tenderers and to assume all or parts of a tender.

Contract

The procurement will be regulated by the attached contract with the associated standard terms.

The contracting authority will sign a contract with 1 tenderer, as long as a sufficient number of qualified tenderers submit tenders.

The contracting authority expects that the tenderer is familiar with the contract provisions and makes the necessary internal clarifications in such a way that a contract can be signed if awarded.
