Building description:
During the construction work, the elevator systems and their vestibules in the traffic junction VK2 will be renewed and the A12 elevator will be upgraded to become a fire service elevator. The elevator technology is not part of this tender. The entire construction site equipment includes various dust protection walls made of plasterboard or foils, which have to be converted or relocated during the construction phases. The demolition includes the entire floor structure, suspended ceilings, wall coverings, climbing doors and windows and also all openings and core drillings. The work over 19 floors including the roof will be carried out while the clinic is still in operation. You have to work on several levels at the same time. In principle, tested procedures for work with low exposure in accordance with No. 2.10, Paragraph 8 of TRGS 519. BT 30: "Drilling holes in walls and ceilings with asbestos-containing cladding (" drilling method with direct suction ")" are to be used.
