The agreement includes communication service in the sense of visual but also verbal communication, digital or paper based and equivalent services for use in external and partly internal communication. This includes development and design of materials such as reports, advertisements, presentations and graphical expressions for use in electronic and paper based channels, etc.

The tenderer shall also provide printing of profile materials (writing pads, pens, etc.), as well as assistance in relation to maintenance of templates for a number of documents used in contact with exporters and others. The assistance includes the following services:
