The processing of restricted areas includes all services in connection with the inspection, recording and documentation of the restricted area security in the remediation areas of Lusatia as well as the preparation and maintenance of the data obtained in the client's databases and GIS systems, including the reporting system up to the elimination of defects.
Plant safety processing includes all services in connection with the safety-related inspection, recording and documentation of the technical facilities in the Lusatia rehabilitation area, including the reporting system for remedying defects.
The safety inspections include all services in connection with the participation and documentation of safety inspections in the rehabilitation area of Lusatia, the implementation and documentation of other inspections.
Other operational engineering services in connection with "restricted area processing/ plant safety processing/ safety inspections".
Services are to be provided within the framework of "restricted area processing / plant safety processing / safety inspections". In addition to inspection, documentation, data maintenance and organization of a report system, these also include operational engineering services.

For all existing and future geotechnical restricted areas, the following services must be provided once a year in the entire Lusatia remediation area.
- Preparation of documents for driving/ascent of the restricted area boundaries
- Driving or inspection of all restricted area boundaries (currently 128 restricted areas) including all interfaces to public space and photo documentation of all security points
- Transfer of the backup points and interfaces to the databases and maps of the LMBV
- Comparison of the interfaces with any existing traffic regulations
- Documentation of all defects and defects in the restricted area protection
- Preparation of documents for the elimination of defects
- Maintenance of a reporting system for inspections and follow-up inspections

For the safety inspections, the following services are to be provided on request in the entire rehabilitation area of Lusatia.

- Maintenance of a repeat system for the inspections
- If necessary, inspection and documentation after incidents, events and vandalism
- Operational engineering services in connection with inspection and documentation
The commissioning of the specific services is carried out by a separate order-related service call-off for the framework agreement as well as by the on-site instructions by the client.
The service is performed discontinuously according to the respective service calls by the AG.
The service volume is non-binding, there is no entitlement to the total volume. The approach applies to the evaluation of tenders for public procurement law purposes.
