The invitation to tender relates to the management of the transport of school transport and social services of the municipality of Enontekiö under the authorisation of passenger transport from 1 August 2021 to 31 July 2023 + one (1) option year.

The tender shall hold 26 items. A dedicated offer is submitted to each destination. Bids are submitted in the electronic service.

Settings under the Subscriber Liability Act will be submitted to the subscriber only after the settlement of the tender, prior to the signing of the contracts. At the tender stage, the fulfilment of the suitability requirements is indicated on the ESPD form.

2) The other weeks of the month will run on Wednesday as an inviting taxi to Maunu—- Karesuvanto (also for the Swedish side), leaving Maunu at 3.30pm. The maximum waiting time in Karesuvanno is two (2) hours.

Criterion:

The competition for this item is won by the best bid at the combined price. The price of the Maunu—Karesuvanto transport is weighted by a factor of three (3) and the price of the Maunu—Hetta-transport is weighted by a factor of one (1), since the Maunu—Karesuvanto transport is estimated to be about three (3) times more often than the Maunu—Hetta-transport.

Example: The Maunu—Karesuvanto price is EUR 100 and the Maunu—Hetta-price is EUR 200. The reference price for the offer consists of 3*100 EUR + 1*200 EUR = 500 EUR.

Caresuswear business drive

In the village of Karesuvanno, business every Friday from 10:00 to 12:00.

A car that must accommodate at least four (4) customers at the same time.

Luppokoti transports

12 to 20 transports per year from Luppokod to the Muonio Health Centre and/or back, as well as transfers from Luppokod to Rovaniemi and/or back.

For a wheelchair taxi. The customer must be able to sit in a wheelchair for the duration of the journey.

SHL and VPL transport

— In accordance with the Disability Services Act, the municipality grants 18 one-way trips per month for business and recreation to approx 20 more difficult transport service customers

— In accordance with the Social Welfare Act, the municipality grants, on a discretionary basis, about 10 clients two to four (2—4) one-way trips per month to support living at home for business and recreation

— The service user decides for himself how many trips he or she uses from this amount

— Service users can use part of their journeys without deductible even in shifts obtained by the municipality, in which case the operator invoices the deductible to the municipality

— Guests are severely disabled or sensory impaired and partially wheelchair-accessible

— Trips are, as a rule, to the Enontekiö region and, in addition, to neighbouring municipalities

— Service user orders the trip by calling the driver himself

— The service user pays as a deductible for a mile-based taxa as defined in the Taxi Table of Travel Service, the driver's responsibility is to charge customers the deductible

— The number of miles and hours of driving cannot be reported in advance, as it depends on the use of services

— Saaman-speaking customers have the choice of a Saman-language shuttle service or a shuttle service in the region. The choice cannot be unilaterally changed without an administrative decision by the social services agency

— Wheelchair-mobile customers have been granted the right to choose a wheelchair-carded taxi.
